Can still use the platform but can't collect the rune yet.) way 49.41, 26.81- Secundus Locus Arrangement - (must complete Between A Rock & A Rock picked up on the platform you teleport to at /way 48.43, 27.18. way 44.41, 30.38 - Primus Locus Arrangement - (on the wall to the right of where you spawn - use the shifter it will teleport you up and outside, allowing you to collect everything else.) way 67.85, 51.92 - Interior Locus Arrangement - (In the floor elevator chamber, up the left stairs on the wall - use the shifter to teleport you to the Primus Chamber.) way 50.61, 31.99 - Entrance to ground teleporter. So it seems like a pretty decent drop chance right now. Only killed, at the most, 50-80 Hulking Geomental and Desert Raptora each. Side note: Well gathering info I also looted Automa Integration, two Geomental Lattice and one Raptora Lattice from mobs. It completely resets if you hearth or log out. The energy you collected does not decay over time if you stay in the area. Minus going to the ground floor which is free, each teleport takes 30 cosmic energy, but once you reach the Secundus Locus there are more cosmic pools to replenish the energy. If done before the official quest, the options for floors you can teleport will still appear as gibberish. Secundus Locus Arrangement is locked behind a chapter 6 storyline quest. I'd like to point out, it's not like a ladder where you need to unlock one after the other to reach the top. The second rune is fairly obvious, but after that the rest of the runes are fairly hidden. Otherwise you'll just get dropped back on the ground floor. Make sure to have at least 60 energy then use the to Locus Shift teleport up using the Locust Shift Crystal. To unlock the teleporter you MUST first collect/click on the ground floor glowing rune. With some difficulty and patience, Venthyr's Door of Shadows is the best way for most classes.
It IS possible to unlock this system in 9.2 before flying and unlocking chapter 6. Comment by HopseaYou can use the Cosmic Energy on the Locus Shift teleporter.
